When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. Paypal will need your credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date.
Pragmatic Publishing does NOT receive or know anything about your debit or credit card details.
Pragmatic Publishing only receives confirmation from Paypal that the transaction succeeded or failed.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries, your phone number may be given to our couriers.
How is information secured?
The security and privacy of your information is important to us. All orders or online transactions conducted with us are protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Delivery within Canada is by First Class.
Shipping and handling charges are applied according to Canada post applicable rates and according to the mode of shipment desired by customers.
International Shipping and Handling charges depend on the mode of shipping chosen by the customer.
Does Pragmatic Publishing accept returns?
Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a returns policy. Only in the following instances will an item/book be allowed to be returned:
- Incorrect item/book sent,
- Printing errors or loss of book pages, or
- The item sent does not meet product specifications.
Any item failing to match its published description may be returned for a full refund, provided that notification is received within 48 hours of receipt and the item is returned within 7 days, in the condition in which it left Pragmatic’s warehouse. Please notify us through e-mail stating your name, description of the item/book and the reason why it will be returned. We will respond within 48 hours to give you detailed instructions on how to go about the process.
